The Jeff Wyler Family Foundation is proud to support the launch of the Mobile Heart Health Unit, a groundbreaking initiative from The Christ Hospital Health Network that is now serving communities throughout Greater Cincinnati. This unit, made possible through a donation from our foundation, is officially on the road—bringing affordable, potentially lifesaving heart screenings directly to neighborhoods where access to care is often limited.

Offering $75 heart screenings, the Mobile Heart Health Unit is designed to make early detection and education accessible for more people, regardless of their location or background. Heart disease remains one of the leading causes of death in the U.S., and early detection can be the key to saving lives. By supporting this unit, we are helping bridge the gap between patients and the critical services they need.

In partnership with The Christ Hospital Health Network, this initiative reflects our shared mission to strengthen the health and well-being of our region. The Mobile Heart Health Unit provides much more than screenings—it delivers awareness, prevention, and a clear path to follow-up care, giving individuals the knowledge and support needed to take control of their heart health.

We believe that everyone deserves access to timely, high-quality healthcare. With this donation, we are proud to help expand access in a meaningful, mobile, and impactful way.

Together, we’re doing #EverythingItTakes to ensure healthier futures across Greater Cincinnati.
